- If you purchased your Razer Gift Card on Razer.com, you will receive an email that contains the details of your Razer Gift Card. If you purchased your Razer Gift Card in-person from RazerStore, you will receive a receipt.
If my Razer Gift Card is lost or stolen, can it be replaced?
- Razer Gift Card cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Treat your Razer Gift Card like cash.

Can I track my card usage history?
- No, Razer does not provide a transaction history for gift card usage. You are responsible for tracking your own usage. The remaining balance on your Razer Gift Card can be viewed at https://gold.razer.com/gold/razer-gift-card/check-balance
Is there a difference between cards that I buy from Razer vs. other retailers?
- No, all Razer Gift cards work the same way regardless of where you purchased from.
Can use my card balance partially and/or in multiple transactions?
- Yes, you can redeem your gift card balance partially or in full across Razer.com, RazerStore, or Razer Gold.
What do I do if I don't have enough balance to complete a transaction?
- If your purchase exceeds your gift card balance, you may use an additional form of payment, such as a credit card, to complete the transaction.
Can I return my gift card for cash or credit?
- No. Razer Gift Cards cannot be returned for cash and/or exchanged.
Can I combine two or more cards to complete a transaction?
- No, each transaction can only use one Razer Gift Card. Gift cards cannot be stacked or combined.
Can I make separate purchases from Razer.com, RazerStore and/or Razer Gold using the balance of the same card?
- Yes. Subject to having enough balance on your Razer Gift Card, you may split the available balance between Razer.com, RazerStore and/or Razer Gold as you wish, but these transactions will take place in separate check-outs.
Can I get a refund when I return an item bought from Razer.com or RazerStore using a Razer Gift Card?
- Digital content purchases are non-refundable. However, physical products bought from Razer.com or RazerStore that fall within our return policy may be returned within the allowed period. If a gift card was used for the purchase, any refunded amount will be returned as a new Razer Gift Card.
Can I get a refund when I return an item bought from Razer Gold using a Razer Gift Card?
- No, returns of digital content are not permitted.
Will I earn Razer Silver for purchases made using RGC?
- Yes, purchases made with a Razer Gift Card are eligible to earn Razer Silver. However, the rate at which Silver is earned may vary depending on whether you're shopping at Razer.com, RazerStore, or Razer Gold.
- Razer.com: You will earn Razer Silver for all payment methods, including Razer Gift Cards. However, please note that purchasing a Razer Gift Card on Razer.com does not earn Razer Silver - only spending it does.
- RazerStore (physical stores): Currently, earning Razer Silver is not supported for purchases made in RazerStore.
- Razer Gold: Redeeming a Razer Gift Card to reload your Razer Gold Wallet will not earn Razer Silver. Instead, you earn Silver when you spend from your Razer Gold Wallet on eligible purchases.
How do I check my Razer Silver balance?
- To view your Razer Silver balance, log into your Razer ID account and navigate to your rewards dashboard.

- Yes. If your Razer Gift Card was purchased before October 28, 2025, you can redeem it as normal on Razer.com. If you have any issues with redemption, contact Razer Support for assistance at https://mysupport.razer.com/app/warranty-support/.
I have a Razer Gift Card that was purchased on Razer.com before October 28, 2025. Can I use it for purchases on the Razer Gold website or in RazerStores?
- No. If your Razer Gift Card was purchased before October 28, 2025, it can only be redeemed on Razer.com. Only Razer Gift Cards purchased after this date can be used on the Razer Gold website or in RazerStores.
