DREAM ROOM GIVEAWAY RULES AND REGULATIONS

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. Terms not defined in these Razer Promotion Terms and Conditions have the same meanings as in the Official Rules for the Promotion (the “Promotion Official Rules”).

1. SPONSOR
   

The Dream Room Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by Razer USA Ltd. (“Razer”).

1. PROMOTION PERIOD
   

The Promotion begins on July 20, 2026 and ends on August 31, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). All references to time in connection with the Promotion are to Pacific Time. Entries received before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible. Razer’s computer is the official timekeeper for the Promotion.

1. ELIGIBILITY
   

This Promotion is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (the “Entrants”) who, at the time of entry, are either: (a) at least eighteen (18) years of age; or (b) between thirteen (13) and seventeen (17) years of age, provided that a parent or legal guardian is present and completes the entry together with the minor, in which case the parent or legal guardian will be deemed the Entrant for all purposes and is responsible for the minor’s participation. No person under the age of thirteen (13) may enter or participate in the Promotion, and no entry may be submitted by or on behalf of any individual under the age of thirteen (13).

Unless otherwise allowed in the Promotion Official Rules, the following are ineligible to participate in the Promotion:

• Employees of Razer and its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, fulfillment or other coordinating agencies, individuals providing services to Razer through an outsourcer or temporary employment agency during the Promotion Period, and their respective immediate family members and persons living in their same household (as the case may be);
• Non-natural persons (including corporations and other business entities); and
• Any person located in, or any resident of, a jurisdiction in which the Promotion is prohibited or restricted by law.

1. HOW TO ENTER
   

To enter, visit a participating RazerStore location during the Promotion Period and scan the QR code displayed in-store. The QR code links to the digital entry form and to these Razer Promotion Terms and Conditions. After reviewing the rules, the Entrant must complete the digital entry form and provide the following information: (a) first and last name; (b) email address; and (c) the participating store location (selected from the dropdown menu).

The entry form includes a required age-verification step. To submit a valid entry, the Entrant must confirm eligibility by selecting the applicable attestation: (a) that the Entrant is eighteen (18) years of age or older; or (b) that the Entrant is between thirteen (13) and seventeen (17) years of age and that a parent or legal guardian is present and is completing the entry with the Entrant. No entry is permitted for any individual under the age of thirteen (13).

The completed digital entry form is the sole method of entry into the Promotion. Limit one (1) entry per person for the entire Promotion Period, regardless of the number of participating RazerStore locations visited. Multiple entries submitted by or on behalf of the same person may be disqualified. Entries that are late, incomplete, illegible, or that do not comply with these Razer Promotion Terms and Conditions or the Promotion Official Rules shall be deemed null and void.

In addition to the entry information above, an Entrant may be required to provide additional contact information in order to claim a prize, including name, mailing address, email address, and telephone number. All collection of personal information from Entrants by Razer shall be in accordance with its Privacy Policy as more specifically described below.

1. IN-STORE ACTIVITIES
   

After submitting the entry form, an Entrant may participate in the optional in-store Dream Room postcard activity by writing the Entrant’s preferred dream room prize on a Dream Room postcard and placing it on the designated wall within the store, logo-side out. Postcards are displayed logo-side out so that no personal information is visible. Participation in the postcard activity is voluntary; it is not required to enter or win, does not constitute an entry into the Promotion, and does not affect an Entrant’s chances of winning the Prize.

Entrants may also optionally post a photograph of the Dream Room wall or their postcard on social media using #razerstoredreamroomgiveaway. Such social media participation is voluntary and is not required to enter or win the Promotion, and will not improve an Entrant’s chances of winning the Prize.

Separately, on VIP Day (August 8, 2026), an Entrant who posts on social media as described above may receive one (1) additional ticket for an in-store raffle that is offered solely for in-store prizing. The in-store raffle is a separate activity from the Dream Room Giveaway. An in-store raffle ticket is NOT an additional entry into the Dream Room Giveaway, does not affect the random drawing for the Prize, and does not increase an Entrant’s chances of winning the Prize.

1. PRIZE
   

One (1) winner will receive the following prize (the “Prize”):

• One (1) Razer Iskur New Gen gaming chair;
• One (1) Razer mouse of the winner’s choice;
• One (1) Razer mouse mat of the winner’s choice;
• One (1) Razer keyboard of the winner’s choice;
• One (1) Razer headset of the winner’s choice; and
• One (1) Razer laptop cooling pad.
  

The Prize excludes Boomslang products and any Special Edition (“SE”) designated products. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Prize is US $1,700. The ARV is based on Razer’s good-faith estimate as of the date these Razer Promotion Terms and Conditions were prepared; the actual value may vary, and any difference between the stated ARV and the actual value of the Prize will not be awarded.

No cash or other substitution of the Prize is permitted, except at the sole option of Razer for a prize of equal or greater value. Razer will not replace any lost or stolen Prize. The winner is solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes, if any, that apply to the Prize. If the Prize is mailed, the winner assumes the risk of the Prize’s safe arrival. Razer will not be responsible for any Prize that cannot be delivered to a location outside of its preferred logistics carriers’ customary delivery areas. The Prize is offered “as is” with no written, express, or implied warranty.

1. HOW THE WINNER WILL BE SELECTED
   

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted on or about September 12, 2026 at 1:00 PM Pacific Time. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The potential winner need not be present at the drawing to win.

Razer will attempt to notify the potential winner using the email address provided at the time of entry. The potential winner may also be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and a publicity/liability release, and to provide any additional information reasonably required to fulfill the Prize, within the time period specified by Razer in the notification. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the timeframe specified by Razer, is determined to be ineligible, or fails to provide complete and accurate information within the applicable time period, the Prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random from among the remaining eligible entries.

1. PUBLICITY
   

Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Promotion constitutes each winner’s consent to Razer’s use of the winner’s name, city, state, voice, likeness, biographical information, and Prize information for advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further notice, review, approval, or compensation.

The Dream Room wall and related in-store activities may be photographed and otherwise recorded by Razer for marketing and promotional purposes. Because postcards are displayed logo-side out, no personal information of any Entrant will be visible in such materials.

1. PERSONAL INFORMATION
   

Razer may collect personal data about Entrants in accordance with its Privacy Policy and as may be more specifically set forth in these Razer Promotion Terms and Conditions or the Promotion Official Rules. Please review these Razer Promotion Terms and Conditions, the Promotion Official Rules, and Razer’s Privacy Policy. By participating in the Promotion, Entrants agree to Razer’s collection and use of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted these Razer Promotion Terms and Conditions, the Promotion Official Rules, and Razer’s Privacy Policy.

Personal information collected in connection with the Promotion will be used to administer the Promotion. Any marketing communications are subject to the consent provided by the Entrant and may be withdrawn at any time. California residents may have additional rights and disclosures available under Razer’s Privacy Policy and applicable California privacy law.

1. OTHER RESTRICTIONS
   

The Prize is nonrefundable and nontransferable. Razer is not required to (but may, in its sole discretion) offer a substitution, cash redemption, or alternative to the Prize awarded under this Promotion. Razer, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to substitute or award an additional prize of equal or greater value, including in the event the Prize or any component of it becomes unavailable. Any Prize awarded is subject to the restrictions and limitations noted in these Razer Promotion Terms and Conditions.

1. GENERAL
   

ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY THIRD PARTY TO CIRCUMVENT, TAMPER WITH, DISRUPT, OR DAMAGE THE PROMOTION ENTRY PROCESS OR ANY RAZER WEBSITE OR SYSTEM, DEFRAUD OR GAIN AN UNFAIR ADVANTAGE, ENGAGE IN UNSPORTSMANLIKE, DISRUPTIVE, ANNOYING, HARASSING, OR THREATENING CONDUCT, OR OTHERWISE UNDERMINE THE FAIRNESS, INTEGRITY, OR LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION, WILL RESULT IN AUTOMATIC DISQUALIFICATION FROM THE PROMOTION AND MAY CONSTITUTE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. RAZER RESERVES ALL RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES), TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING THE POSSIBILITY OF CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

By participating, each Entrant agrees to release, discharge, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Razer, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, business partners, prize providers, and promotion and advertising agencies, and the directors, officers, employees, and agents of any and all of the foregoing, and any other organizations related to the Promotion, from and against any claim, damages, or liability due to any injuries, losses, or damages to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from receipt, enjoyment, ownership, possession, use, misuse, or inability to use any Prize, or participation in the Promotion or any related activity, whether under contract, tort (including negligence), warranty, or any other applicable source of law, including, without limitation: (i) any condition caused by events beyond Razer’s control that may cause the Promotion to be disrupted or corrupted; (ii) any injuries, losses, or damages (compensatory, direct, incidental, consequential, or otherwise) of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the Prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of the Prize, or from participation in the Promotion; and (iii) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Promotion.

IN NO EVENT WILL RAZER BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF USE, DATA, BUSINESS, OR PROFITS) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION, WHETHER SUCH LIABILITY ARISES FROM ANY CLAIM BASED UPON CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, AND WHETHER OR NOT RAZER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSS OR DAMAGE.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Razer assumes no responsibility for any administrative or typographical errors in the course of operating the Promotion or in the Promotion Official Rules or these Razer Promotion Terms and Conditions. Razer reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion in whole or in part in the event of fraud, technical or other difficulties, or if the integrity of the Promotion is compromised, without liability to the Entrant. Razer reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant or winner, as determined by Razer in its sole discretion. The Promotion is subject to these Razer Promotion Terms and Conditions and the Promotion Official Rules and all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. As stated above, the Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law. By participating in this Promotion, you acknowledge that you have read these Razer Promotion Terms and Conditions and the Promotion Official Rules and agree to abide by them, by the final results, and by the decisions of Razer, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to the Promotion. These Razer Promotion Terms and Conditions and the Promotion Official Rules are governed by the law of the State of California, excluding rules governing choice of laws.

Any action, suit, or case arising out of, or in connection with, this Promotion or these Razer Promotion Terms and Conditions or the Promotion Official Rules must be brought in either the federal or state courts located in California.
