Dream Chair Upgrade Program

1. The offer is valid till November 15, 2026 PST.
2. Availability of products is limited, and offers shall only be valid while stocks last.
3. Razer reserves the right to withdraw, terminate or amend the terms of this Program at any time.

4. Chair Upgrade Promotional Code

   1. This code is valid till November 15, 2026 PST.
   2. The code is only valid for select Gaming Chairs on Razer.com: Razer Iskur V2 NewGen, Razer Enki, Razer Iskur V2, Razer Fujin Pro, Razer Fujin.
   3. The code will only be emailed to you once the submission requirements have been met.
      1. All photos shall be submitted in the stipulated manner on X, Instagram or TikTok with the hashtag #RazerDreamChair. Failure to include this may result in disqualification.
      2. The post must be Public (i.e. can be viewed and accessible by the public) at point of verification.
      3. Submissions must be made by October 30, 2026 PST.
   4. Successful confirmation of the upgrade will be sent to you via email within 5 working days.
   5. Limited to one (1) promotional code per eligible social post submission. Razer reserves the right to reject duplicate, incomplete, automated, fraudulent or otherwise ineligible submissions.
   6. The code is non-transferable, non-refundable, not redeemable for cash and may not be resold, exchanged or combined with any other offer unless expressly stated by Razer. Razer reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Program or invalidate any promotional code obtained through fraud, abuse, technical error or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
   7. Each code is single use and may be applied only against an eligible purchase on razer.com. Codes expire on November 15, 2026 and will not be issued after November 3, 2026. A promotional code is a discount against the purchase price and is not Razer Gold or Razer Silver credit. Prices shown to Singapore participants are inclusive of GST.
5. The Program is open only to residents of the United States and Singapore who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Submissions must not depict any person under the age of 18. The Program is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, X, Meta, Instagram or TikTok, and participants release each of those platforms from all liability in connection with the Program.
6. By submitting content under this Program, the participant grants Razer and its affiliates a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable license to reproduce, publish, display, modify, adapt, distribute and otherwise use the submitted content for advertising, promotional, marketing and related business purposes in any media during the term of copyright and any extensions thereof, without additional compensation except where prohibited by law.
   1. The licence granted above includes the right to use the participant’s social media handle and display name in connection with the submitted content, and survives the end of the Program. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the participant consents to the use of the submission without attribution and waives any moral rights in the submission. Razer is under no obligation to use any submission.
   2. By submitting any photo, video, text or other content, the participant represents and warrants that: (a) the content is original or the participant otherwise has all necessary rights to submit the content; (b) the content does not infringe any intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights of any third party; and (c) the participant has obtained all required permissions and consents from any individual appearing in the content.
   3. Razer collects the submission, together with the participant’s email address and social media handle, for the purposes of verifying eligibility, issuing the promotional code, and publishing submitted content in accordance with clause 10. Submission and entrant data will be retained for 12 months after the close of the Program on November 15, 2026 and will then be deleted, except where a longer retention period is required by law. Razer’s Privacy Policy applies in addition to this notice.
   4. Razer reserves the right to reject submissions of contents, photos, videos or any other materials that are unlawful, harmful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, discriminatory, inappropriate or otherwise unsuitable (as determined by Razer in its sole and absolute discretion).
7. Razer is not responsible for submissions that are lost, delayed, incomplete or not received, or for any failure or unavailability of a social media platform. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Razer’s total liability to a participant in connection with the Program is limited to the value of one promotional code.
8. The Program is void where prohibited or restricted by applicable law. Razer reserves the right to exclude participants from jurisdictions where the Program cannot legally be offered or administered and to modify Program requirements as necessary to comply with local laws and regulations.
9. Razer’s decision in all areas and matters pertaining to the Razer Dream Chair Upgrade Program are final.
10. The Program is run by Razer (Asia-Pacific) Pte. Ltd for participant residents in Singapore and by Razer USA Ltd for participant residents in the United States.
11. Razer’s Privacy Policy shall apply.
