RAZER RAIJU V3 PRO SIGNATURE EDITION – FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • What makes the Raiju V3 Pro Signature Edition different from other Raiju V3 Pro controllers?

The Razer Raiju V3 Pro Signature Edition is truly a one-of-a-kind PlayStation® 5 controller, featuring a magnesium alloy exoskeleton, a first-ever open-air design, precision TMR thumbsticks, laser-etched glass touchpad and micro-textured TPU grips. These premium features combine advanced engineering and refined craftsmanship to deliver a distinctive PlayStation gaming controller experience.

  • What are the benefits of the additional thumbsticks?

The swappable thumbsticks allow players to personalize their controller setup based on their preferred feel and gameplay style. The short convex allows for faster, rolling movements, while the tall concave gives players more leverage for high-precision aiming. This flexibility supports a more tailored gaming experience across different play styles.

  • Why was magnesium alloy chosen for the chassis?

The Razer Raiju V3 Pro Signature Edition was crafted from magnesium alloy due to its strength-to-weight balance as well as its superior malleability to match the fine curvature required for a premium gaming controller.

  • How does the Raiju V3 Pro Signature Edition achieve its ultra-light design?

The Razer Raiju V3 Pro Signature Edition weighs just 260 g. Its magnesium alloy exoskeleton and open-air polygonal design help achieve its ultra-lightweight construction, providing a premium and comfortable feel for extended gaming sessions.

  • What determines whether a product becomes a Signature Edition?

Signature Edition status is reserved for concepts that push boundaries—where deeper research, advanced materials/finishes, and tighter tolerances deliver a result that cannot be achieved through conventional means. We apply a strict internal standard: if the design, process, and outcome don’t show a clear, repeatable, end-to-end improvement, it doesn’t qualify. Only when the result sets a higher standard in feel and finish does a product earn the Signature Edition badge. The Raiju V3 Pro Signature Edition is a product of that process—one of the few concepts that met every criterion.

  • What platforms are compatible with the Razer Raiju V3 Pro Signature Edition?

The Razer Raiju V3 Pro Signature Edition is officially licensed for PlayStation® 5 consoles offering additional compatibility with Windows 11 PCs. Refer to the official product specifications for the complete list of supported consoles, platforms and connectivity requirements.

  • Does the Raiju V3 Pro Signature Edition support software customization?

Yes, the Raiju V3 Pro Signature Edition features robust tuning through the Razer PS Controller App on mobile or through Razer Synapse 4 on PC. Players can use these apps to create up to 4 customizable profiles, customize their thumbstick dead zones, tune trigger actuation range and more.

  • Where can I buy the Razer Raiju V3 Pro Signature Edition?

The Razer Raiju V3 Pro Signature Edition is a limited-edition controller and is available exclusively through Razer.com and select RazerStore locations.
