TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- 1. THESE TERMS
- 1.1 The Razer | Faker Fan Event (the Event) is organised by Razer (Asia-Pacific) Pte. Ltd. (Razer, we, or us) at Razer SEA HQ, 1 one-north Crescent, Singapore 138538 (the Venue) and will take place on 9 December 2026.
- 1.2 These terms and conditions (the Terms) apply to entries submitted on www.razer.com/community/faker (the Website) between 9:00 a.m. SGT on 28 October 2026 and 11:59 p.m. SGT on 15 November 2026 (the Entry Period) for the selection of fans’ attendance at the Event (the Selection). By proceeding, you agree to these Terms and Razer’s Privacy Policy.
- 1.1 The Razer | Faker Fan Event (the Event) is organised by Razer (Asia-Pacific) Pte. Ltd. (Razer, we, or us) at Razer SEA HQ, 1 one-north Crescent, Singapore 138538 (the Venue) and will take place on 9 December 2026.
- 2. WHO CAN ENTER
- 2.1 To be eligible for the Selection and the Event, you must:
- (a) be 18 or older;
- (b) own a Razer Faker Edition product purchased on or before 11:59 p.m. Singapore Time (SGT) on 15 November 2026 (an Eligible Product). Purchases made before the Entry Period also qualify.
- (a) be 18 or older;
- 2.2 You are ineligible for the Selection if you are an employee, intern, contractor, consultant, officer, director, shareholder, or agent of Razer and its affiliates, or a spouse, partner, parent, child, or sibling of one of the abovementioned persons.
- 2.3 Razer reserves its right to require proof that you meet the eligibility requirements at any time.
- 2.4 You must provide valid proof of purchase of your Eligible Product with your entry, being a receipt, order confirmation, or photo of your use of the Eligible Product (the Proof of Purchase). Please retain your original Proof of Purchase, as Razer may ask you to produce it at any time for verification. Entries without valid Proof of Purchase may not be considered. Eligible Products are subject to availability.
- 2.1 To be eligible for the Selection and the Event, you must:
- 3. WHAT YOU GET
- 3.1 Successful entries will receive an invitation to the Event (each a “Shortlisted Fan”). Each invitation to the Event will only be for one (1) person only. Invitations to the Event cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for anything else, and Razer reserves the right to cancel any invitations that are in breach of these Terms.
- 3.2 An invitation to the Event includes entry to the Event only. You are responsible for all other costs, including travel and accommodation costs, to attend the Event.
- 3.3 You are solely responsible for obtaining, at your own cost, any valid passport, visa, travel document, or permit required to enter Singapore and attend the Event, and for complying with all applicable immigration, customs, and health requirements. Razer will not be responsible if you are unable to travel to or enter Singapore, or attend the Event, for any reason..
- 3.1 Successful entries will receive an invitation to the Event (each a “Shortlisted Fan”). Each invitation to the Event will only be for one (1) person only. Invitations to the Event cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for anything else, and Razer reserves the right to cancel any invitations that are in breach of these Terms.
- 4. HOW TO ENTER
- 4.1 Complete the entry form on the Website with your:
- (a) full legal name (as per your government-issued identification);
- (b) email address;
- (c) country or region of residence;
- (d) name(s) of the Eligible Product(s) you purchased or own; and
- (e) Proof of Purchase.

- 4.2 You may only submit one (1) entry. Entries made using bots or other automated means, or by anyone on behalf of another person, are invalid. If you submit more than one (1) entry, or submit an invalid entry, you will be disqualified. Razer reserves the right to disqualify any entry in its sole and absolute discretion.
- 4.3 Everything you submit together with your entry, including any documents, photographs or images (the Submissions) must be true, accurate, and genuine. Razer reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not meet these conditions.
- 4.4 SELECTION PROCESS
- 4.5 After the Entry Period closes, Razer will review every entry and verify each entrant’s eligibility and Proof of Purchase.
- 4.6 Valid entries will be judged by a panel of judges appointed by Razer, in its sole and absolute discretion.
- 4.7 The judges will select thirty (30) Shortlisted Fans and between fifteen (15) and twenty (20) reserve entrants (the Reserves). If a Shortlisted Fan’s invitation is refused or lapses, it may be offered to a Reserve. No invitations will be offered after 27 November 2026.
- 4.8 The judges’ decision is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entertained regarding the Selection. Submitting an entry does not guarantee an invitation to the Event.
- 4.1 Complete the entry form on the Website with your:
- 5. ACCEPTING INVITATIONS
- 5.1 The Entry Period closes at 11:59 p.m. SGT on 15 November 2026. By 17 November 2026, we will email each Shortlisted Fan from a Razer email address (i.e., email addresses ending in @razer.com). Please also check your Junk Mail, Quarantine or Spam folders.
- 5.2 If you receive an invitation to the Event, please follow the instructions in the email to accept the invitation. You will be required to log in with your Razer ID in order to accept the invitation.
- 5.3 Shortlisted Fans must accept the invitations by 6:00 p.m. SGT on 20 November 2026 or, for Reserves, within seventy-two (72) hours of the invitation email (the Deadline). If you do not accept the invitation by the Deadline, decline the invitation, or are disqualified for any reason, your invitation lapses and we may offer it to a Reserve.
- 5.1 The Entry Period closes at 11:59 p.m. SGT on 15 November 2026. By 17 November 2026, we will email each Shortlisted Fan from a Razer email address (i.e., email addresses ending in @razer.com). Please also check your Junk Mail, Quarantine or Spam folders.
- 6. ATTENDANCE
- 6.1 On the day of the Event, bring your original, valid government-issued identification documents with a photo and the same full legal name you provided in your Submissions. Razer reserves the right to deny any person entry to the Event if proof of identity is not provided.
- 6.2 At the Event, please follow any rules, guidelines, and directions conveyed to you by us and/or our staff. We reserve the right to refuse entry to, or remove, anyone who breaches these Terms or behaves in a way considered to be unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate, as determined by us in our sole and absolute discretion.
- 6.3 You must keep confidential, and must not record, photograph, post, or otherwise disclose, any non-public information you receive in connection with the Selection or the Event, including details of the Event programme, Faker’s schedule, movements, or travel arrangements, and any announcements or content shown at the Event before Razer makes them public, without our prior written consent. Any breach of this clause may result in the withdrawal of your invitation or your removal from the Event.
- 6.1 On the day of the Event, bring your original, valid government-issued identification documents with a photo and the same full legal name you provided in your Submissions. Razer reserves the right to deny any person entry to the Event if proof of identity is not provided.
- 7. PHOTOS AND FILMING
- 7.1 The Event will be photographed, filmed, and/or livestreamed by Razer.
- 7.2 By attending the Event, you:
- (a) agree that you may appear in any media captured at the Event (the Recordings) which shall belong absolutely to us;
- (b) agree that we may use, without any notice or consideration to you, the Recordings at our sole and absolute discretion; and
- (c) irrevocably grant to us and our affiliates the right to use your likeness, voice, sounds, biographical data, and/or any other information or material relating to you contained in the Recordings,
- (a) agree that you may appear in any media captured at the Event (the Recordings) which shall belong absolutely to us;
- 7.3 PERSONAL DATA
- 7.4 Your personal data will be used for the Selection and the Event as described in these Terms, the Website, and the Privacy Policy.
- 7.5 By submitting an entry, you consent to our collection, processing, use, and disclosure of your personal data (as defined in the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of Singapore, as amended or re-enacted from time to time) solely for the purposes of the Event.
- 7.6 Please see our Privacy Policy for further information on how you withdraw your consent, access or correct your personal data provided. Do note that if you withdraw a required consent prior to the Event, we will be unable to continue with your entry or invitation.
- 7.1 The Event will be photographed, filmed, and/or livestreamed by Razer.
- 8. CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS, AND DISQUALIFICATIONS
- 8.1 We reserve our right to disqualify an entry or withdraw an invitation if we believe, in our sole and absolute discretion, that the entrant is ineligible, has provided false information, has entered more than once, has interfered with the Selection, has behaved abusively, or has otherwise breached these Terms.
- 8.2 We may change, postpone, or cancel the Event, or adjust the Selection process, where necessary, including for reasons outside our control, such as Faker’s unavailability, travel disruption, safety concerns, or government directions. Any changes will be communicated to Shortlisted Fans promptly.
- 8.3 We reserve our right to update these Terms at our sole and absolute discretion and without notice to you.
- 8.1 We reserve our right to disqualify an entry or withdraw an invitation if we believe, in our sole and absolute discretion, that the entrant is ineligible, has provided false information, has entered more than once, has interfered with the Selection, has behaved abusively, or has otherwise breached these Terms.
- 9. LAW AND LIABILITY
- 9.1 These Terms are governed by Singapore law.
- 9.2 Entry to and attendance at the Event is at the Shortlisted Fans’ own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Razer accepts no liability for any loss, damage, injury or expense (including any travel-related expense) arising from or in connection with attendance at the Event, except where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
- 9.1 These Terms are governed by Singapore law.
