Min-Liang Tan is the co-founder, CEO and creative director of Razer. He directs and oversees the design and development of all Razer products.
Mr Tan was named one of "The 25 Most Creative People in Tech" by Business Insider in 2015. Juniper Research distinguished him as a “Top 10 Most Influential Leaders in Tech” while Tech in Asia ranked him No. 1 of the 30 top Southeast Asia tech founders. In 2016, he was named one of the “Straits Times Asians of the Year”.
Mr Tan is a trained attorney and worked at law firm Rajah and Tann in Singapore before he founded Razer in 2005. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the National University of Singapore.
Mr Tan was born in Singapore and now resides in San Francisco.
Khaw Kheng Joo
Chief Operations Officer
Khaw Kheng Joo joined Razer in 2009 and has served as the chief operations officer since 2012. Prior to Razer, Mr Khaw held various positions at technology companies including CEO of MediaRing Ltd., president of Omni Electronics and senior vice president at Celestica, Inc. Before that, Mr Khaw spent 26 years at Hewlett-Packard, including serving as the general manager of HP’s Handheld Product Division. Mr Khaw led the effort to start manufacturing in China and to pioneer the smartphone category.
Mr Khaw has served on the board of directors of Total Automation, Ltd., Amtek Engineering, Ltd., Senoko Power., Singapore Airport Terminal Service, Ltd. (SATS), Economic Development of Singapore (EDB) and Multi-Fineline Electronix, Inc. (MFLX).
Mr Khaw holds a Master in Business Administration from Santa Clara University, California and a Bachelor of Science in Electronic and Computer Engineering from Oregon State University.
Li Meng Lee
Chief Strategy Officer
Mr. Lee Li Meng is the Chief Strategy Officer of Razer, responsible for the development and execution of Razer’s ongoing corporate strategy, driving Razer’s strategic initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, investments, partnerships and further penetration into broader entertainment segments, to advance buildout of Razer’s ecosystem of hardware, software and services.
Mr. Lee brings over 15 years of corporate finance experience in mergers and acquisitions, as well as capital markets advisory and an invaluable network of contacts. Prior to joining Razer, Mr. Lee was a Managing Director at Evercore Singapore, the leading global independent investment banking advisory firm. He was part of the initial team as the Singapore office commenced operations in 2013, which was awarded The Asset Magazine’s “Best M&A House in Singapore” distinction for three consecutive years. Mr. Lee has been Razer’s trusted advisor over the years through his involvement in Razer’s fundraising efforts and as a key banker for Razer’s initial public offering in 2017. He previously held senior positions as Head of Singapore Debt Capital Markets at ANZ, Principal at CIMA Capital Partners, and Vice President at J.P. Morgan where he served for eight years.
Mr. Lee holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering & Operations Research from Columbia University, New York.
Chief Financial Officer
Edwin Chan has more than 15 years of experience in finance and capital markets, with a focus on technology and emerging markets. Since joining Razer in 2009, Mr Chan has led corporate strategic initiatives including Enterprise Resource Planning and Customer Relationship Management ICT projects. In addition, Mr Chan spearheaded capital raising efforts that led to new investments from IDG-Accel and Heliconia Capital Management.
Prior to Razer, Mr Chan was at Artesian Capital Management overseeing the convertible bonds portfolio and managing equity and bond investments. Before that, he joined Chartered Semiconductor to lead their Corporate Finance efforts, re-capitalizing the company’s balance sheet and raising more than US$2bn in capital. Mr Chan started his career as a capital markets banker at Salomon Smith Barney in Hong Kong.
Mr Chan graduated from the London School of Economics and Political Science with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance with First Class Honours.
Senior Vice President - Sales & Marketing
Mr Dilmagani has served as Razer's senior vice president of sales and marketing since March 2011. He also served as the vice president of sales in the United States from October 2005 to October 2006, and as the general manager and vice president of sales and marketing in the United States from October 2006 to January 2011.
Prior to joining Razer, Mr Dilmagani was the director of sales for EPO Technology of America, Inc., a manufacturer of optical drives, and was the national sales director for Newcom, Inc. until its initial public offering in 1998.
Mr Dilmagani holds a Bachelor’s in Economics from Tehran College and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of San Francisco in 1983.
Senior Vice President – Corporate Development and General Counsel
Mr Choo joined Razer in January 2015 as vice president, legal and corporate development, and was appointed to his current role in February 2017. He heads up zVentures, Razer's corporate ventures arm as well as M&A projects. Mr Choo has also been company secretary since July 2015.
Mr Choo was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Singapore in 1998 and has more than 15 years as a legal practitioner. From 2008 to 2012, Mr Choo served as assistant general counsel at Singapore Telecommunications Ltd. From 2012 to 2013, he was senior vice president, company secretary, and head of legal and secretariat of CapitaMalls Asia Limited, following which he served as senior vice president, legal of CapitaLand Limited until 2014.
Mr Choo graduated from the University of Leicester with a Bachelor’s Degree in law in 1996 and completed the Master of Business Administration program at the Anderson School at the University of California, Los Angeles in 2002.
Patricia S.L. Liu
Chief of Staff
Ms Liu joined Razer in August 2016 and is currently Chief of Staff and Chief Customer Officer.
Prior to joining Razer, she served in various leadership positions at Hewlett Packard for 15 years including director of strategy and planning, vice president of volume direct business operations, director of total customer experience and quality, worldwide marketing manager and worldwide learning products and localization manager. From 2013 to 2016, Ms. Liu was the managing director of Asia Pacific for Omega Engineering, part of Spectris plc, a precision instrumentation and controls company.
Ms. Liu graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Business Administration in 1986 and then obtained her Executive Diploma in Directorship in 2015 from the Singapore Management University.
