REVIEWS POLICY
Last modified: May 2026Reviews on razer.com come from verified purchases. We do not edit, suppress, or reorder reviews based on sentiment. Reviews are displayed most recent first, and all eligible reviews — positive and negative — are published subject to the criteria set out in this policy.
Our full internal operating procedures are set out in the Reviews Moderation Policy, available to Razer team members on the internal policy portal.
Reviews are published in chronological order, most recent first.
We do not remove or suppress reviews solely because the reviewer gave a low star rating or expressed negative sentiment about a product.
Review rejection notification: If a review is rejected for non-compliance with this Reviews Policy, Razer will notify the reviewer by email and provide the reason for rejection, unless notification is not required, not permitted under applicable law, or not technically feasible.
Razer’s response does not modify the original review. The reviewer’s words and rating remain exactly as submitted.
- 1. Overview
Razer is committed to providing shoppers with honest, complete, and trustworthy product reviews. This policy explains who can post a review, how reviews are moderated, when a review may be removed, and how your personal data is handled in the process.
- 2. Eligibility to Post
To submit a review on razer.com, you must meet all of the following criteria:
You have purchased the product directly from razer.com and your purchase can be verified. You are the individual who used the product and are writing about your own first-hand experience. You are at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher. You are not a Razer employee, contractor, or agency partner involved in the development, marketing, or sale of the product being reviewed, unless your affiliation is clearly and prominently disclosed.
- 3. Moderation Criteria
All submitted reviews are assessed against the following criteria before publication. Reviews are evaluated on content alone — star rating is never a factor in the approve or reject decision.
Reviews are submitted voluntarily by customers who purchased the relevant product; Razer does not condition review invitations, publication, moderation, sorting, or visibility on whether a review is positive or negative; Where a review is collected or published in circumstances involving a material connection between the reviewer and Razer, that connection will be clearly disclosed alongside the relevant review.
Authentic experience — the review reflects a genuine first-hand interaction with the product. On-product relevance — the content relates to the specific SKU being reviewed, not shipping, packaging, or an unrelated product. Readability — the review is legible and communicates a coherent experience. Compliance — the content does not breach any of the removal grounds set out in Section 4.
We do not edit, alter, or paraphrase the reviewer’s words or star rating. We do not reorder or filter reviews by sentiment. We do not suppress authentic negative reviews. We do not selectively solicit only positive reviews.
- 4. Removal Grounds
A review may be rejected at submission or removed after publication only if it meets one or more of the following grounds. Each removal is logged in our moderation system with a reason code. Code Ground What this means R01 Fake or Inauthentic The review shows signals of non-purchase, fabricated or misleading AI-generated content, templated copy, or an incentivised submission that has not been disclosed. R02 Off product The review discusses a different SKU, a shipping experience, or the website rather than the product itself. R03 Abuse or Hate Speech The review contains slurs, harassment, threats, or attacks on any protected characteristics. R04 Personal Information The review includes personal data — such as full names, contact details, or order IDs — that cannot be safely redacted without altering the substance of the review. R05 Legal or Safety Claim The review makes an unsubstantiated legal, medical, safety, or regulatory claim that may require further internal assessment before publication. R06 Spam or Competitor Promotion The review includes promotional links, discount codes, competitor brand promotion, or appears to be bulk-posted content.
