  • What's changing on 1 April, 2026?

    Three updates go live on 1 April, 2026 at 12AM PT: (A) a unified earn rate of 50 Razer Silver per US$1 spent across Razer.com, RazerStore, and Razer Gold purchases; (B) a merged membership combining Razer ID and Razer Silver into one program; and (C) updated digital reward redemptions.

  • What is the new earn rate?

    Starting 1 April, 2026 at 12AM PT, all Razer ID accounts will earn a flat rate of 50 Razer Silver per US$1 spent — replacing all previous spend-based and tier-based earning rates.

    Orders placed on Razer.com before this time will still earn at the previous rates.

  • Why is the earn rate changing?

    To make the rewards system simpler, fairer, and more consistent for all members worldwide. A single fixed rate means earning Razer Silver is easier to understand, track, and plan.

  • I used to earn more than 50 Razer Silver per US$1 on Razer.com. How does this affect me?

    If you previously earned at a higher rate (e.g. Level 3 members), your current rate applies through 31 March. Starting 1 April, 2026 at 12AM PT, everyone moves to the new flat rate of 40 Razer Silver per CA$1.

    We deeply value your long-time loyalty — and this isn't the end of the perks. The new unified program replaces separate membership tiers with one consistent rewards system for all members. Going forward, look out for bonus Razer Silver opportunities, exclusive campaigns, and special benefits designed for our most dedicated members.

  • Who is eligible to join Razer Silver Rewards?

    Our loyalty program is open to anyone who wants to purchase our gear for themselves or as a gift from Razer.com.

    You must be logged in into your account during checkout on Razer.com to enjoy privileges of a member.

  • Where can I redeem Razer gear using Razer Silver?

    You can redeem your Razer Silver and view the full range of rewards from our Razer Silver catalog.

  • Where can I find all my membership account information and benefits?

    For membership related information, you can log in to your Razer ID account to view your accumulated spending, membership level, entitlements and available Razer Silver for redemption.

  • What if the Razer Silver that I have earned is not reflected in my wallet?

    Razer Silver earned will be based on the actual spend and will be credited to your account after 14 days upon receiving your order.
