Here’s how it works:

Step 1: Order

Choose one of the methods below to contact our store to make your order:

1. Call the store at +852 2997 5070
(2pm – 9pm)

2. Email to [email protected]
(will reply from 2pm - 9pm)

Step 2: Pay

1. Watch for an email with order confirmation and payment instructions

2. Follow the instructions in the email to make payment and provide pickup information

3. Reply the email with Proof of Payment and complete the Pick Up Arrangement form

Step 3: Collect

1. Bring along a photo ID with the same name as provided in the Pick Up Arrangement form

2. Contact the store prior to arriving at the pickup point

3. Provide photo ID with your Order Number when collecting your order
