100 Thieves are your Esports World Cup 2026 VALORANT champions. After defeating NRG 3-1 in the Grand Final, Asuna, bang, Cryocells, vora, and Timotino lsecured the organization’s first major international VALORANT title.
It was a defining victory for a roster that trusted its talent, stayed composed under pressure, and delivered when the trophy was within reach. For Team Razer, it was a proud moment to see that belief rewarded on one of esports’ biggest stages.
The Roster Behind the Run
100 Thieves arrived in Paris with a lineup that brought together experience, returning talent, and two rookies stepping into major roles.
Asuna had spent more than five years representing the organization. Cryocells had established himself as one of North America’s standout players, while bang returned to 100 Thieves after a season with Sentinels.
Alongside them, vora took charge as the team’s rookie in-game leader, with Timotino entering his first tier-one season as its duelist.
100 Thieves gave that lineup room to grow together. They trusted a new in-game leader, backed a rookie duelist on the international stage, and kept faith in the experienced players at the heart of the roster.
In Paris, all five delivered.
100 Thieves Takes Control in Paris

100 Thieves came through the tournament’s “Group of Death,” before defeating MIBR 2-1 in the quarterfinals and Nongshim RedForce 2-1 in the semifinals to reach the Grand Final.
Waiting for them was NRG, the reigning VALORANT Champions and a familiar opponent. NRG had already beaten 100 Thieves during the 2026 VCT Americas season, including the playoff series that ended their hopes of qualifying for Masters London.
They opened with a 13-7 victory on Breeze before taking Sunset 13-6 to establish a 2-0 series lead. Cryocells led a commanding performance on the second map, repeatedly shutting down NRG as 100 Thieves moved within one map of the title.
NRG answered back on Haven with a 13-2 win, denying the sweep and sending the series to Ascent.
That was where 100 Thieves faced their biggest test. NRG raced to a 9-3 lead and reached map point first at 12-10. A deciding fifth map appeared increasingly likely, but 100 Thieves stayed in the fight.
Timotino found crucial openings with the Operator. Cryocells continued adapting his setups to NRG’s movements. With the map pushed into overtime, Asuna delivered back-to-back triple kills to help close out Ascent 14-12.
100 Thieves had completed the comeback and secured the series 3-1.
Cryocells was named the tournament’s Most Valuable Player after finishing the Grand Final with 65 kills and 25 assists, including 26 kills on the deciding map.
100 Thieves did not drop a single series. The heist of Paris closed out at 7-0, a perfect record against every team that stood between them and the trophy.
The Work Before the Stage
Long before the Grand Final reached Ascent, 100 Thieves had already put in the work through scrims and VOD reviews away from the crowd.
Throughout that process, the team relies on the Razer BlackShark V3 Pro to keep communication clear as they review decisions, coordinate adjustments, and build the habits that carry into competition.
That preparation showed when Ascent began slipping away. With NRG in control through the first half, 100 Thieves continued communicating, adapting, and trusting their calls as they worked their way back into the map.
When the Grand Final demanded their best, those habits held.
A Historic First for 100 Thieves
The victory makes 100 Thieves the second team to claim the Esports World Cup VALORANT title, following Team Heretics in 2025. More than two years after its VCT Americas Stage 1 triumph, the organization now has its first international VALORANT title.

Attention now turns toward VALORANT Champions, but Paris has already changed the way this roster will be seen. 100 Thieves arrived with questions around how quickly this lineup could contend. They leave as international champions.
Congratulations to Asuna, bang, Cryocells, vora, Timotino, and every coach and staff member behind the run. Team Razer is proud to stand behind you.
