Karmine Corp (KC) are headed to Barcelona. As part of Team Razer, KC have been one of the teams we have been following closely throughout the VCT season. Their 2-1 win over Enterprise Esports in the Stage 2 Upper Semifinal has now booked dos9, LewN, Avez, SUYGETSU, and N4RRATE a place at the VCT EMEA Stage 2 Finals in Barcelona, one win away from qualifying directly for VALORANT Champions 2026 in Shanghai.
Karmine Corp’s place in Barcelona reflects the momentum they have built throughout Stage 2. With Champions now within reach, we are proud to see KC carry that form onto one of VCT EMEA’s biggest stages.
Razer will be part of that stage too. As the Official Gaming Chair of VCT EMEA and Game Changers EMEA this season, we will be in Barcelona throughout the finals weekend as KC continue their push toward Shanghai.
A Season Turned Around
Karmine Corp’s path to Barcelona has been defined by the momentum they built in Stage 2.
With ZE1SH stepping up from coach to head coach, KC found a strong run of form, finishing the group stage 4-1 and earning a bye directly into the playoffs.
That made the Upper Semifinal against Enterprise Esports an important test of whether their Stage 2 form could hold under playoff pressure.
With the series tied 1-1, KC arrived on Lotus with plenty of reason to trust themselves. They had won six of their previous seven appearances on the map across all competitions, and that confidence showed early. With N4RRATE on Chamber and LewN on Neon, Karmine Corp opened the decider with six straight rounds and kept control from there.
A 13-6 finish secured their place in Barcelona and showed that the momentum KC found in the group stage was carrying into the matches that mattered most.
One Win From Shanghai
Now, the stakes get even bigger. Karmine Corp face FUT Esports, who have already clinched their own place at VALORANT Champions through the Championship Points standings. A win sends KC straight to Shanghai while a loss drops them to the Lower Final for one more shot at the same prize.
The setting carries some history of its own. Stage 2 Finals will mark VCT EMEA’s first season finale outside Berlin, moving to the Olímpic Arena in Badalona, a venue originally built for the 1992 Barcelona Olympics.
It will also close out VCT EMEA’s current league structure before the circuit adopts a new tournament-based format in 2027, giving this finals weekend another layer of significance for the region.
