RECYCLE WITH RAZER - TERMS & CONDITIONS
Users are entitled to an immediate purchase discount of USD 10 for each used Razer product recycled at a RazerStore, on a per-product basis. Where applicable, the USD 10 value will be converted to the local currency based on the RazerStore’s location, subject to prevailing exchange rates, and may be adjusted at Razer’s discretion. Razer products which are of a non-electronic nature will not be eligible for recycling. The list of Razer products which are ineligible for recycling include but not shall not be limited to: - Gears and apparels
- Mouse mats
- Surgical / Cloth Masks
- Chairs
- RESPAWN
The list of ineligible products listed above is not exhaustive and may be amended at any time during the campaign period. and Razer shall have the absolute right and discretion in determining the eligibility of any Razer product intended to be recycled.
Notwithstanding the list of ineligible products set out above, Razer may also, in its absolute discretion, reject any eligible product for recycling as it deems fit. Discount may only be strictly redeemed in RazerStores and such discount may only be used immediately at the same RazerStore, from where the discount was issued. Discount provided cannot be exchanged for cash. Discount must be fully utilized in a single transaction in store and any unconsumed/remaining value will be forfeited. Such unconsumed and/or forfeited value of the discount shall not be refunded/compensated to the user. Discount cannot be stacked with any other in-store promotion or product discount. It may be utilized together with Razer Gift Card. Discount provided upon unit being recycled, can only be used for a single transaction. Discounts cannot be combined or stacked. Razer reserves the absolute right and discretion to suspend or terminate any discount which Razer deems, at its absolute discretion, to be fraudulent, a counterfeit or an abuse of the Razer product recycling campaign. Razer reserves the absolute right to vary these terms and conditions at its sole discretion at any time without prior notice. Razer shall not be responsible or liable for any claim, compensation, demand, loss, damage, expense or liability of any kind whatsoever, arising from or in connection with the use of the discount. All other terms and conditions shall apply.
