Step 1 shows the caster wheels being inserted into the five slots of the wheelbase.
Step 2 shows the gas lift cylinder inserted into the center of the wheelbase and covered by the gas
lift telescopic cover.
Step 3 shows the removal of four screws from the bottom of the seat base using the T-handle hex
key.
Step 4 shows the tilt mechanism aligned with the underside of the seat base and secured with four
screws using the T-handle hex key.
Step 5 shows the assembled seat base with the tilt mechanism being pushed firmly onto the gas lift
on the wheelbase.
Step 6 shows the removal of the side screws from the backrest.
Step 7 shows the alignment of the backrest sides with the seat base.
Step 8 shows the screws being tightened to secure the backrest to the seat base.
Steps 9 and 10 show the side cover screws being attached on both sides, followed by the placement
of the side covers and screw covers.
Steps 11 and 12 show the head cushion placed at the top of the backrest, with its adjustment strap
secured at the back.
