    Our loyalty program is open to anyone who wants to purchase our gear for themselves or as a gift from Razer.com.

    You must be logged in into your account during checkout on Razer.com to enjoy privileges of a member.

  • Where can I redeem Razer gear using Razer Silver?

    You can redeem your Razer Silver and view the full range of rewards from our Razer Silver catalog.

  • How long does it take for my Razer Silver Rewards membership to be activated?

    Your membership will be activated immediately upon successful sign up.

  • Where can I find all my membership account information and benefits?

    For membership related information, you can log in to your Razer ID account to view your accumulated spending, membership level, entitlements and available Razer Silver for redemption.

  • What are the membership levels and how does it work?

    The Razer Silver Rewards loyalty program consists of 3 levels.

    All members start in Level 1 upon joining the program and will automatically enjoy the privileges in Razer Silver Rewards as Level 1 members. Members earn Razer Silver for their purchases based on the level they are in at the time of purchase.

    Members who spent AU$750 in the calendar year will be automatically upgraded to Level 2 and will be entitled to Level 2 privileges.

    Members who spent AU$3,000 in the calendar year will be automatically upgraded to Level 3 and will be entitled to Level 3 privileges.

    The moment you complete the transaction (after the return policy period) that qualifies you for the new level, the entitlement will be valid till the end of the next calendar year.

    You must meet the requalification requirement by the end of each calendar year to maintain your current level (Level 2 or Level 3). If not, your current membership level will not be extended.

    The new requalification period will start on 1st Jan of every calendar year and all accumulated spend will be reset to zero on this day.

  • Can my past purchases on Razer.com or RazerStore be counted towards the accumulated spending?

    Accumulation of spending begins from the date you join as a member and you must be logged in into your Razer ID account during checkout on Razer.com.

    Accumulated spending refers to the nett spending of your purchase excluding purchase of gift cards, redemption using Razer Silver and/or gift cards, promotion, discounts, taxes, shipping fee and/or handling fee.

    Accumulated nett spending will be rounded to the nearest AU$1.

  • How long does it take for my spending to be recorded into my account?

    Accumulated spending will be credited to your account after the return and refund period. Please visit https://www.razer.com/au-en/legal/returns-refunds for more information.

  • What if the Razer Silver that I have earned is not reflected in my wallet?

    Razer Silver earned will be based on the actual spend and will be credited to your account after 14 days upon receiving your order.
