RESPAWN - SPECIFIC REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY

Razer hopes you enjoy Respawn as much as we do, but we understand that everyone has their own preferences when it comes to consumable items.

Since taste is a preference, Razer is unable to process returns on used Shaker Cups or opened Drink Mixes, unless expressly provided below.

Requirements for Respawn Product Refunds:
  • Item(s) must have been purchased from Razer directly
    • We will require your Razer Order Number as a Proof of Purchase
  • Item(s) must be unopened, unused, and returned in its original packaging
    • Razer Support may request pictures of your unopened item(s)
  • Item(s) must be returned via a traceable and insured shipping method
  • Return requests must be received within 14 days from the date the last item on your order was delivered
  • Refunds will be issued via the original form of payment that was used
You will receive a refund of the purchase price that you paid for the returned item(s) (excluding any shipping and handling costs of the item(s) within 45 days of Razer’s receipt of the returned item(s). Razer is not responsible for lost, tampered, stolen, or delays in return packages.

If the requirements herein are not followed, Razer reserves the right to accept the return of the item(s) based on terms that it may determine at its sole discretion.

To initiate a return, please request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number by contacting our support team here: https://www.respawnbyrazer.com/contact-us/.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your order is damaged during shipment, or your order was delivered with incorrect item(s), please contact our support team (https://www.respawnbyrazer.com/contact-us/) within 14 days of the delivery date. Please be ready to provide the following information:
  • Order Number
  • Date of Order
  • Item(s) Ordered
  • Item(s) Received
  • Pictures of the damaged boxes, or incorrect products
Our dedicated support team will review the information you have provided and contact you via email with a solution.

Shaker Cups – We warrant the Shaker Cup to be free from defects in materials and workmanship resulting from normal use, fair wear and tear excluded, for one year from the date of retail purchase, regardless whether the item has been opened or used (subject to the terms, requirements to show proof of purchase, exclusions and limitations set forth herein and at https://www.razer.com/warranty). For Shaker Cups that are damaged during shipment or handling, Razer will evaluate the information you have provided and may replace your Shaker Cup with a similar unit or provide an alternative form of replacement.
