By participating in the Razer Iskur V2 Extended Warranty Program, you are deemed to agree to the following:
1. Submission procedure: All photos shall be submitted in the stipulated manner on Facebook, Instagram, X, Reddit, YouTube, Twitch or Tiktok with the hashtag #MyRazerIskurV2. Videos showing your new Razer Iskur V2 may also be accepted.
2. The post must be Public (i.e. can be viewed and accessible by the public).
3. Submissions must be made within 3 months from the date of purchase of the Razer Iskur V2.
4. The Razer Iskur V2 Extended Warranty Program is exclusive to purchases made via razer.com only.
5. Multiple posts are encouraged but the warranty extension is only applicable once for each Razer Iskur V2.
6. Successful confirmation of the warranty extension will be sent to you via email within 5 working days.
7. Razer shall have the unrestricted, worldwide, non-cancellable, transferable and perpetual right to use or publish your submitted photos, videos, text and all other materials via Razer’s website and social media platforms, in any other medium and in any way that Razer so chooses. Razer may, but is not obliged to, credit you as the originator or maker of the same.
8. Razer reserves the right to reject submissions of contents, photos, videos or any othermaterials that are unlawful, harmful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, discriminatory, inappropriate or otherwise unsuitable (as determined by Razer in its sole and absolute discretion).
9. Razer’s decision in all areas and matters pertaining to the Warranty Program are final.
10. Razer’s Privacy Policy shall apply.
