Terms not defined in these RazerStore Quickdraw Challenge Terms and Conditions have the same meanings as in the Official Rules for the RazerStore Quickdraw Challenge. These RazerStore Quickdraw Challenge Terms and Conditions shall apply to your access and/or use of Aim Lab and Monkeytype games (each a “Game” and together the “Games”) on any Razer computer, mobile device, or any other device or platform at any Razer location and to any other services that Razer may provide in relation to the Games. Additional terms of use with Aim Lab and Monkeytype may apply.
If you do not agree to these terms or any future updated version of them, you must not participate in the Razer Quickdraw Challenge. If Razer requires that any future update to these terms requires any action from you in order to accept the updated terms, then you may not be able to participate in any future Razer Quickdraw Challenges until you have taken such action. Razer is the sole sponsor of the Razer Quickdraw Challenge.
By participating in the Razer Quickdraw Challenge, you represent, acknowledge and agree that you are at least 18 years of age, or if you are under 18 years of age but are at least 13 years old (a “Minor”), that you are participating in the Razer Quickdraw Challenge with the consent of your parent or legal guardian and that you have received your parent’s or legal guardian’s permission to participate in the Razer Quickdraw Challenge and agree to the Razer Quickdraw Challenge Terms and Conditions. If you are a parent or legal or guardian of a Minor, you hereby agree to bind the Minor to these Terms and to fully indemnify and hold harmless Razer if the Minor breaches any of these Razer Quickdraw Challenge Terms and Conditions. If you are not at least 13 years old, you may not participate in the Razer Quickdraw Challenge at any time or in any manner or submit any information or Content to Razer.
Unless otherwise allowed in the Razer Quickdraw Challenge Official Rules, the following are ineligible to participate in the Razer Quickdraw Challenge:
You agree that you shall not give your In-Game Name or Nickname to anyone else or allow anyone else to use such details in connection to the Razer Quickdraw Challenge. Razer will be entitled to assume that anyone using your credentials is you. Razer will not be responsible to you for any loss that you suffer as a result of an unauthorized person accessing or using your credentials in connection with the Razer Quickdraw Challenge and we accept no responsibility for any losses or harm resulting from its unauthorized use, whether fraudulently or otherwise.
You agree not to upload, communicate, transmit or otherwise make available any Content in connection with your participation in the Razer Quickdraw Challenge in any way:
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU SHALL HAVE NO OWNERSHIP OR PROPERTY INTEREST IN ANY OF THE GAMES OR OTHER SERVICES IN CONNECTION WITH THE GAMES.
Winners will be notified by e-mail within three (3) to five (5) business days after the end of each calendar month. Selected winners must retrieve the prize from a participating physical RazerStore location. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, and/or fails to claim a prize within seven (7) business days of notification, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected from remaining valid, eligible winning Entrants.

Entrant agrees to release, discharge, indemnify, defend and hold harmless Razer, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, its business partners, prize providers, and promotion and advertising agencies, and directors, officers, employees and agents of any and all of the aforesaid, and any other organizations related to the Razer Quickdraw Challenge, from and against any claim, damages or liability due to any injuries, losses or damages to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from receipt, enjoyment, ownership, possession, use, misuse or inability to use any prize, or participation in the Razer Quickdraw Challenge or a related activity, whether under contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or any other applicable sources of law, including, without limitation (i) any condition caused by events beyond Razer’s control that may cause the Razer Quickdraw Challenge to be disrupted or corrupted; (ii) any injuries, losses, or damages (compensatory, direct, incidental, consequential or otherwise) of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, or from participation in the Razer Quickdraw Challenge; and (iii) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Razer Quickdraw Challenge.
IN NO EVENT WILL RAZER BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF USE, DATA, BUSINESS OR PROFITS) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE RAZER QUICKDRAW CHALLENGE, WHETHER SUCH LIABILITY ARISES FROM ANY CLAIM BASED UPON CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, AND WHETHER OR NOT RAZER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSS OR DAMAGE. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Razer assumes no responsibility for any administrative or typographical errors in the course of operating the Razer Quickdraw Challenge or in the Razer Quickdraw Challenge Official Rules or these Razer Quickdraw Challenge Terms and Conditions. Razer reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Razer Quickdraw Challenge in whole or in part, in the event of fraud, technical or other difficulties or if the integrity of the Razer Quickdraw Challenge is compromised, without liability to the Entrant. Razer reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant or winner, as determined by Razer, in its sole discretion. The Razer Quickdraw Challenge is subject to these Razer Quickdraw Challenge Terms and Conditions and the Razer Quickdraw Challenge Official Rules and all applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations apply. As stated above, the Razer Quickdraw Challenge is void where prohibited or restricted by law. You agree not to upload, communicate, transmit or otherwise make available any Content in connection with your participation in the Razer Quickdraw Challenge in any way:
- that is or could reasonably be viewed as unlawful, harmful, harassing, defamatory, libelous, obscene or otherwise objectionable;
- that is or could reasonably be viewed as invasive of another's privacy or violate any privacy rights;
- that is likely to, or could reasonably be viewed as likely to incite violence or racial or ethnic hatred;
- which you do not have a right to make available lawfully (such as inside information, information which belongs to someone else or confidential information);
- which infringes any intellectual property right or other proprietary right of others;
- which consists of any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, 'junk mail', 'spam', 'chain letters', 'pyramid schemes' or any other form of solicitation; or
- which contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.
- harm anyone or cause offence to or harass any person;
- create more than one account per platform to access our the Games;
- use another person or entity’s email address in order to sign up for the Razer Quickdraw Challenge and the Games;
- use the Games and participate in the Razer Quickdraw Challenge for fraudulent or abusive purposes (including, without limitation, to impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person, entity or Razer or the Games);
- disguise, anonymize or hide your IP address or the source of any Content that you may upload;
- use the Games or participate in the Razer Quickdraw Challenge for any commercial or business purpose or for the benefit of any third party or to send unsolicited communications;
- remove or amend any proprietary notices or other ownership information from the Games;
- interfere with or disrupt the Games, Razer, Razer’s servers or networks, or servers or networks that provide the Games;
- attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or hack any of the Games, or to defeat or overcome any of the encryption technologies or security measures or data transmitted, processed or stored by Razer or the Games;
- 'harvest', 'scrape' or collect any information about or regarding other people that use the Games or otherwise participate in the Razer Quickdraw Challenge, including, but not limited to any personal data or information (including by uploading anything that collects information including but not limited to 'pixel tags' cookies, graphics interchange formats ('gifs') or similar items that are sometimes also referred to as 'spyware' or 'pcms' (passive collection mechanisms);
- sell, transfer or try to sell or transfer your credentials, an account with us or any part of an account,
- disrupt the normal flow of a Game or otherwise act in a manner that is likely to negatively affect other players' ability to compete fairly when playing our Games or engaging in real time exchanges;
- disobey any requirements or regulations of any network connected to the Razer Quickdraw Challenge or the Games;
- participate in the Razer Quickdraw Challenge or use the Games in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
- use the Games to cheat or design or assist in cheating (for example, by using automated means or third party software to play), or to otherwise circumvent technological measures designed to control access to, or elements of, the Games, or to do anything else that a reasonable person is likely to believe is not within the spirit of fair play or these terms; or
- participate in the Razer Quickdraw Challenge in any other way not permitted by these terms.
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

- Razer disclaims all responsibility for any harm resulting from entrant’s access to or use of a Third Party Website.
