Razer cannot influence the compliance of third parties with data protection regulations. This applies in particular to your activities on YouTube and/or social media platforms (collectively “Social Media Platforms”) and the processing of your personal data by these Social Media Platforms, regardless of whether you reach them via the links on our websites. Please refer to the websites of these providers for information about their privacy policies or how your personal data is processed by these providers.

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. 1. Eligibility: The Razer Advent Calendar Giveaway campaign (“Sweepstakes”) is open to any person aged 18 or older, resident in a territory in which https://www.razer.com/store is available.
   
   The following are ineligible to participate in the Sweepstakes:

• employees of Razer and its parent company, affiliates or subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, fulfillment or other coordinating agencies, individuals providing services to Razer through an outsourcer or temporary employment agency during the Entry Period, and their respective immediate family and persons living in their same household (as the case may be)
• non-natural persons (including corporations and other business entities); and
• any person located in a “Restricted Country”. Restricted Countries include: Belarus, Cuba, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Iran, Libya, Russia, Somalia, Myanmar, North Korea, Sudan and Syria.
• The Sweepstakes are subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
  
  

1. 2. Agreement to these Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions: By entering the Sweepstakes, the contestant ("You") agree to comply with and abide by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Razer, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept Razer's decisions as final and binding as it relates these Sweepstakes. Entrants should look solely to Razer with any questions, comments or issues related to these Sweepstakes.
   
   
2. 3. Entry Period: The Sweepstakes begin on December 1, 2024 at 12:00AM PT and ends on December 15, 2024, at 11:59AM PT (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
   
   
3. 4. How to Enter: The Sweepstakes entry must fulfil all requirements of the Sweepstakes, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the Terms and Conditions or specifications of the Sweepstakes may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Razer. You must provide the information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the Terms and Conditions. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the Terms and Conditions of the Sweepstakes, your submission(s) may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Razer.
   
   
4. 5. Entries: No mechanically reproduced mail-in entries are allowed and any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or the like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods. Razer is not responsible for (i) late, lost, illegible, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, improperly submitted, undeliverable or otherwise irregular Sweepstakes entries; (ii) theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials; or (iii) phone, electrical, network, computer, hardware, software program or transmission malfunctions, failures or difficulties.
   
   Any Sweepstakes entries (including any content therein) that are submitted, transmitted or otherwise made available to Razer (via its website or otherwise) shall remain the sole and full responsibility of entrant. Accordingly, entrant represents and warrants to Razer that any entry submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes:
   

• is true, accurate, current, complete and not misleading, fraudulent or deceptive;
• does not and will not violate any applicable state, federal or local laws (including regulations pertaining to sedition, obscenity or abuse);
• does not and will not violate the rights of any third party, including, without limitation, copyrights, trademark rights, patent, trade secret and/or any other intellectual property rights and any rights of publicity or rights of privacy;
• is not obscene, offensive, defamatory, and does not contain vulgar or profane language, as determined by Razer; and
• will not subject Razer to any form of liability or prejudice whatsoever.
  

Submission of an entry constitutes each entrant’s certification that the entry is entrant’s own original work. By submitting any entry, entrant hereby grants Razer and its successors and assigns a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable (through multiple tiers) and transferable license to use, copy, transmit or otherwise distribute, perform, modify, create derivative works based upon, incorporate into other works, publicly perform and display the entry or any portion thereof, in or through any medium, whether now known or hereafter created in any manner without further compensation during or after the Sweepstakes Period. Nothing herein shall constitute an employment, joint venture, or partnership relationship between entrant and Razer.

In the event of any dispute, an online Sweepstakes entry is deemed submitted by the registered internet or e-mail account holder associated with such entry. Telephone or facsimile entries are deemed submitted by the registered account holder of the associated telephone line. In all other cases, the Sweepstakes entry is deemed submitted by the name indicated thereon. Satisfactory proof of association shall be furnished to Razer without fail.

Except where prohibited, by participating in the Sweepstakes and/or winning any prize, entrant consents to the use of his/her name, photo and/or likeness, biographical information, entry and statements attributed to entrant (if true) for advertising and promotional purposes, including without limitation, inclusion in Razer’s newsletters and Razer’s web domain at razer.com, without additional compensation. See the section on “Personal Information”. All entries become property of Razer and none will be acknowledged or returned.

1. 6. Prizes: There will be different winners for each of the Sweepstakes. Prizes will be stated clearly for each of the Sweepstakes. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at Razer's discretion. The prize is non-transferable. Substitution of the prize or transfer/assignment of the prize to others or request for the cash equivalent of the prize by the Winner is not permitted. Razer will not replace any lost or stolen prizes. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Razer to use the Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. If a prize is mailed, the winner assumes the risk of the prize’s safe arrival. Prizes are offered “as is” with no written, express, or implied warranty. Pictures of prizes are for illustrative purposes only.
   
   
2. 7. Odds of Winning: The odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
   
   
3. 8. Winner Selection and Notification: The Winner will be selected by a random draw under the supervision of Razer after each Sweepstakes has ended. The Winner will be notified within 10 business days of the winner selection. Razer shall have no liability for a Winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for a Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 7 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected. Receipt of the prize offered in these Sweepstakes by the Winner is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Any violation of these official Terms and Conditions by the Winner at Razer's sole discretion will result in the Winner's disqualification as winner, and all privileges as winner will be immediately terminated.
   
   
4. 9. Personal Information: Razer may collect personal data about you online, in accordance with its Privacy Policy and as may be more specifically set forth in these Terms and Conditions. Please review Razer’s Privacy Policy and these Terms and Conditions. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you hereby consent to Razer’s processing of your personal information and acknowledge and confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions and Razer’s Privacy Policy.
   
   
5. 10. Third Party Websites: Where a Sweepstakes involves access to or use of a third party website (“Third Party Website”), entrant understands and agrees that:
   
   
   1. Razer has no control over the Third Party Website whatsoever;
   2. Entrant is solely and fully responsible for his dealings with the Third Party Website and is alone responsible for making whatever investigation he or she feels is needed or useful before commencement of dealings, and taking all precautions deemed necessary to protect himself or herself from viruses, worms, Trojan horses, malware and other harmful or destructive materials potentially residing on the Third Party Website; and
   3. Razer disclaims all responsibility for any harm resulting from entrant’s access to or use of a Third Party Website.
      

Razer assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of entries, or any problem or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or line, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any online Sweepstakes entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website (including a Third Party Website), or any combination thereof, which may limit an entrant’s ability to participate in the Sweepstakes.

1. 11. Terms and Conditions: Razer reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Razer’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such cases, Razer may select a winner(s) from eligible entries received before and/or after the action taken by Razer if appropriate. Razer reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website or violates these Terms and Conditions. Razer has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Sweepstakes, to void entries for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses, multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions, or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Razer reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
   
   
2. 12. Limitation of Liability: By entering the Sweepstakes you agree to release and hold harmless Razer and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Sweepstakes; (iii) electronic or human error in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (iv) technical errors of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (v) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (vi) printing errors; (vii) lost, late, postage due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail.
   
   
3. 13. Disputes: Unless prohibited by any local laws, this Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law doctrines. By participating in this Sweepstakes, you agree that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved exclusively and individually before a court located in Singapore, without resort to any form of class action. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall you be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes if any). You further waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
   
   
4. 14. Winners List: To request a copy of the winners list, please contact Razer. Requests must be sent within 4 weeks of the end of the Entry Period.
   
   
5. 15. Social channels: The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, X, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, Reddit, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Discord or any other social networks that are used to share the Sweepstakes. For these Sweepstakes, you understand that you are providing your information to Razer and not to Facebook, X, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, Reddit, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Discord or any other social networks. The rules and community guidelines of the respective social media platforms apply.
   
   
6. 16. Acceptance of Rules: By participating in the Sweepstakes, you confirm that you have affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of the Terms and Conditions and Razer’s Privacy Policy.
   
   
7. 17. General:
   ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY THIRD PARTY TO CIRCUMVENT, TAMPER, DISRUPT OR DAMAGE THE SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PROCESS, RAZER WEBSITE OR TELECOMMUNICATION SYSTEMS, DEFRAUD OR GAIN AN UNFAIR ADVANTAGE, ENGAGE IN UNSPORTSMANLIKE, DISRUPTIVE, ANNOYING, HARASSING OR THREATENING CONDUCT, OR OTHERWISE UNDERMINE THE FAIRNESS, INTEGRITY AND LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, WILL RESULT IN AUTOMATIC DISQUALIFICATION FROM THE SWEEPSTAKES AND MAY CONSTITUTE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. RAZER RESERVES ALL RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES), TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING THE POSSIBILITY OF CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
   

Entrant agrees to release, discharge, indemnify, defend and hold harmless Razer, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, its business partners, prize providers, and promotion and advertising agencies, and directors, officers, employees and agents of any and all of the aforesaid, and any other organizations related to the Sweepstakes, from and against any claim, damages or liability due to any injuries, losses or damages to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from (i) Your participation in the Sweepstakes and/or Your receipt, enjoyment, ownership, possession, use, misuse or inability to use any prize, or participation in the Sweepstakes or a related activity, whether under contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or any other applicable sources of law, including, without limitation (ii) any condition caused by events beyond Razer’s control that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; (iii) any injuries, losses, or damages (compensatory, direct, incidental, consequential or otherwise) of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, or from participation in the Sweepstakes; and (iv) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes.

IN NO EVENT WILL RAZER BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF USE, DATA, BUSINESS OR PROFITS) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, WHETHER SUCH LIABILITY ARISES FROM ANY CLAIM BASED UPON CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, AND WHETHER OR NOT RAZERS HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSS OR DAMAGE.
