• What does the Paid to Play program suspension mean?
From March 1, 2018 onwards, users will not be able to earn Razer zSilver from the Paid to Play program on Razer Cortex. However, we will continue to grow Razer zSilver as the rewards credits for gamers. Do keep a lookout for more Razer rewards and ways to earn zSilver soon.
  • Why is Paid to Play suspended?
Paid to Play was created as an opportunity for gamers to get rewarded, just by gaming. We're always listening to our community, and with an increasing amount of negative feedback on the program, we'll be reviewing and finding ways to improve it. Till then, Paid to Play will be suspended.
  • Will Paid to Play program ever return? If so, when?
There's no set date for Paid to Play to return. We'll be working to further improve and develop the program till further notice.
  • Will all my zSilver earned from Paid to Play be removed or deleted?
No. Your Razer zSilver earned to date through all programs will continue to be valid for reward redemption, subjected to the current 12-month expiration period.
  • How will this affect my Razer zSilver expiration date and usage of zSilver?
There is no change to the way Razer zSilver can be redeemed for rewards. Freshly earned Razer zSilver will continue to be totaled at the end of each calendar month, and subjected to a 12-month expiration period. Whenever you redeem a reward, zSilver with the earliest expiration date will be deducted from your wallet first.
  • Will the entire zSilver program be suspended?
No. We will continue to grow Razer zSilver as the rewards credits for gamers. Do keep a lookout as we introduce more rewards and ways to earn zSilver.
