YOU SHOULD NOT REGISTER A RAZER PAY ACCOUNT OR YOU SHOULD IMMEDIATELY CEASE YOUR USE OF RAZER PAY IF AT ANY TIME YOU DISAGREE WITH THE TERMS OF SERVICE HEREIN. YOUR REGISTRATION AND/OR CONTINUED USE OF RAZER PAY SHALL MEAN THAT YOU UNDERSTAND, ACCEPT AND AGREE TO BE GOVERNED BY ALL OF RAZER PAY’S TERMS OF SERVICE. ANY PERSON THAT YOU ALLOW TO ACCESS THE SERVICE USING YOUR ACCOUNT SHALL ALSO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF SERVICE.

The Service (as defined below) is provided by RAZERPAY PTE LTD (“RAZER”) a subsidiary of Razer Inc. These Terms of Service ("ToS") shall govern your access to and/or use of the Service. We reserve the right to amend, modify, add or remove any provisions under these ToS at any time as we deem necessary with 21 days’ notice to you before any such variation to the terms and conditions take effect. Your continued use of the Service shall constitute your acceptance of the prevailing ToS including any term which may have been amended. You are responsible to regularly check these ToS.
In addition, you shall be subjected to any guidelines or rules applicable to such Services, which may be posted from time to time. All such guidelines or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into the ToS. RAZER may also from time to time, offer other services that are governed by different terms of service. These ToS do not apply to such other services.
CONSUMER ADVISORY — RAZER, THE HOLDER OF RAZER PAY, A STORED VALUE FACILITY, DOES NOT REQUIRE THE APPROVAL OF THE MONETARY AUTHORITY OF SINGAPORE. CONSUMERS (USERS) ARE ADVISED TO READ THESE TOS CAREFULLY.
|"Account"||means Razer Pay™ e-wallet account opened by you to subscribe to the Service.|
|"Add Funds||means the service which enables you to deposit money into your Account in exchange for the Services via channels designated by RAZER.|
|"Available Balance"||means the balance available in your Account which you can use at any given time subject to the Wallet Limits. For the avoidance of doubt, the amount reflected as the Available Balance in your Account shall include amounts deducted for pending Transactions.|
|"Content||means any java games, information text, sound, music, software, photographs, videos, graphics, data messages, contest or other materials purchased or received by you.|
|"Customer Care Support"||means RAZER’s customer service team which provides customer support services in accordance with the ToS when contacted at https://support.razer.com/razer-pay/contact-us/ or +65 3165 0278.|
|"e-money"||refers to electronically stored funds in exchange for monies paid which may be used as a payment instrument or for other transactions with participating Merchants.|
|"Fund Transfer"||means the service which enables you to transfer money from your Account to other Razer Pay™ user accounts.|
|"Merchant(s)"||refers to parties or entities which accept e-money transactions through Razer Pay for their products, goods/services.|
|"Mobile Device"||means a portable and wireless telecommunications device together with accessories including but not limited to smartphones and handheld tablets used by you to access and/or use the Service.|
|"Mobile Number"||means a mobile number registered with a telecommunication provider in Singapore.|
|"Payment||means the service which enables you to reload, pay bills or pay for purchases from RAZER’s authorised Merchants.|
|"Personal Information"||means information collected by RAZER during the registration process from you for the provision of the Service.|
|"Passcode"||means your six (6) digit mobile personal identification number used to log into your Razer Pay™ Account.|
|"Razer Pay™ ID"||means Mobile Number assigned by you as the Razer Pay™ ID.|
|"Razer Pay™"||means e-wallet for cashless Transactions.|
|"Service(s)"||means transactions such as Add Fund, Fund Transfer and Payment offered by the Razer Pay™ platform.|
|"Transaction"||means transactions such as Add Fund, Fund Transfer, Payment performed by you via Razer Pay™ subject to the Wallet Limits.|
|"Wallet Limit"||means the limits set out under Clause 4(b)(ii) of these ToS and such other amounts and figures as may be determined by RAZER from time to time in its sole and absolute discretion.|
|"You" or "Your"||means the registered owner of the Account, authorised to use the Service subject to the ToS herein.|

You agree to indemnify and hold RAZER, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Content you submit, post to, transmit or make available through the Service, your usage, your connection, your violation of the ToS, your violation of any rights of any other person, or your breach of any applicable law.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the usage or access of the Service.
You acknowledge that RAZER may in its sole discretion establish general practices and limits concerning use of Service, including without limitation the manner in which the Service may be used. You acknowledge that RAZER reserves the right to terminate and/or delete accounts that are inactive for an extended period of time. You further acknowledge that RAZER reserves the right to modify these general practices and limits at any time, in its sole discretion, with or without notice, and you agree that your continued use of the Service after such modification will constitute your acceptance of an agreement to be bound by the modified general practices and limits.
YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. RAZER EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT (OTHER THAN ANY WARRANTY THE EXCLUSION OF WHICH IS NOT LAWFUL).
RAZER MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT (I) THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, (II) THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, (III) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE, (IV) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS, AND (V) ANY ERRORS IN THE SOFTWARE/SYSTEM WILL BE CORRECTED. ANY MATERIAL DOWNLOADED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THE SERVICE IS DONE AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK AND THAT YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM THE DOWNLOAD OF ANY SUCH MATERIAL.
NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED BY YOU FROM RAZER OR THROUGH OR FROM THE SERVICE SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THE TOS (SAVE FOR ANY FRAUDULENT MISREPRESENTATION BY RAZER).
CUSTOMER CARE SUPPORT WILL USE COMMERCIALLY REASONABLE EFFORTS TO PROVIDE THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT SERVICES IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER BUT CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT EVERY QUESTION OR PROBLEM RAISED BY YOU CAN OR WILL BE RESOLVED.
You expressly understand and agree that RAZER shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if RAZER has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from: (i) the use or the inability to use the Service in the event such inability is caused by factors outside the control of RAZER; (ii) the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into as a result of your reliance on misrepresentation by any third party; (iii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data by any third party; or (iv) any actions taken by you based on statements or conduct of any third party of the service.
You acknowledge that the disclaimers and exclusions of liability represents a fair and reasonable allocation of the risks and benefits of the agreement between RAZER and you, taking all relevant factors into consideration, including without limitation the value of the consideration provided by you to RAZER and the availability and costs of insurance with respect to the said risks. You further agree that these disclaimers and limitations shall be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Notices to you may be made via your Razer Pay™ ID. RAZER may also provide notices of changes to the ToS or other matters by displaying notices or links to notices, to you via your Razer Pay™ ID. You agree that such notices, will constitute sufficient and adequate notice to you of the matters contained therein. All notices, requests and/or other communications from you to RAZER under these ToS shall be communicated to our Customer Care Support.
